Strip Search of Children Report

38% of children strip-searched were Black & 52% of searches did not confirm that an appropriate adult was present - this is not acceptable. Just for Kids Law's Youth Justice Legal Centre is doing brilliant work to ensure that legislative changes are being made to prevent strip-searching of children. They are working with UK and global partners and taking the issues to the UN in order to address this.
